As the ME Engineer at PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama, Tbk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the electrical aspects of complex construction projects. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic objectives within the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the work of mechanical & electrical contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Interpret and implement electrical drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and regulations
Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment
Identify and resolve electrical issues, minimising delays and disruptions to the project timeline
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
Provide technical guidance and training to the electrical team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track project progress and compliance
About you
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates with relevant experience in construction, ME, or building services will be an advantage
Excellent understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations applicable to construction projects
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address challenges effectively
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Proficient in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams
