Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, including experience as a Manager or Area Manager.
- Strong understanding of outlet operations and daily workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Proven ability in managing operational budgets and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide outlet supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement operational programs and strategies.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain service standards.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs.
- Conduct employee training and performance reviews.
- Resolve operational conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Plan and execute monthly and annual operational strategies, including budgeting, promotions, food cost management, and product development.
- Willing to work mobile in Jakarta and Bekasi areas
