Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance and accounting positions, including temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
- Utilize sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various finance functions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' financial acumen, qualifications, and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance professionals and hiring managers.

- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven specialization in placing finance and accounting professionals.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and various finance roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a self-directed, remote work environment and meet performance targets.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
