Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on project sites (construction site).

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and environmental regulations.

Provide HSE training and toolbox talks to contractors and project teams.

Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain safety standards.

Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports for project records.

Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all project activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or building operations.

Certification in HSE (AK3U) is a must

Knowledge of applicable local safety regulations and international standards

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
