Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for the FMCG business .
- Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts, providing variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk effectively.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to senior management, supporting informed business decisions.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in a remote environment .
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with significant experience in the FMCG industry .
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.<
