We're Hiring: Deputy Finance Director (Coal Mining)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy Finance Director to join our coal mining operations in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record within the mining or heavy industry sector. This is an on-site role for professionals ready to drive financial excellence and support business growth.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee all finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
- Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and manage risk
- Collaborate with executive leadership for strategic decision‑making
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and international accounting standards
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- Prepare detailed analyses for board presentations and audits
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in coal mining or related industries
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations & tax laws
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA/CFA/MBA) preferred
