Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Law, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR, Employee Relations, or a similar position.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Regulations, employment agreements, disciplinary procedures, termination processes, and industrial relations.

Experienced in handling labor disputes, Disnaker matters, bipartite/tripartite negotiations, and employee termination cases.

Experience working in project-based, construction, telecommunications, engineering, contractor, or field operations environments is highly preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, investigation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Able to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Willing to work at project sites / field locations and travel when required.

Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
