Support the HRBP Manager in translating business needs into HR initiatives for Commercial functions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for International Business and support Commercial hiring in Indonesia.
Partner with Commercial stakeholders on workforce planning, talent needs, and organizational updates.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, onboarding, offboarding, and administration.
Prepare HR reports and follow up on agreed actions with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major with relevant HR experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
Experience in FMCG, multinational companies, or distributor-led sales environments is preferred.
Experience recruiting for Commercial functions, especially Sales, is highly preferred.
Strong skills in recruitment, stakeholder management, HR operations, and English communication.
