Estate Manager

Lead overall estate operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and ensure implementation of all agronomy activities (maintenance of immature/mature plants, fertilisation, pest and disease management) and daily harvest operations, ensuring quality and quantity of fresh fruit bunch production

Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures, occupational health and safety, sustainability standards (ISPO/RSPO), and labour regulations

Manage estate infrastructure including roads, bridges, housing, and workshop facilities

Manage workforce including planning, development of supervisors and assistants, and enforcement of discipline, and ensure employee productivity

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to General Manager and handle social issues and external relations in the operational area
