Our client is looking for an organized and self-motivated Remote Dispatch and Logistics Assistant to manage transportation coordination from anywhere. This fully remote role is essential for ensuring the efficient dispatch of drivers, optimization of delivery routes, and seamless communication within the logistics network. You will play a key role in maintaining operational flow, troubleshooting logistical challenges, and supporting the wider team to meet delivery targets, contributing to the effectiveness of our client's services nationwide, with a focus on support for operations originating from areas like Tasikmalaya, West Java .

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign delivery tasks to drivers using dispatch software.
Monitor driver locations and shipment progress in real-time.
Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing queries and providing support.
Maintain accurate electronic records of all dispatched orders and completed deliveries.
Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or a related field.
Proficiency with dispatch software and other logistics management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in a remote setting.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
