Remote Recruitment Consultant - Technical Roles
Our client, a leader in recruitment solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Remote Recruitment Consultant to focus on technical and engineering roles. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in sourcing and placing top technical talent without geographical constraints. You will partner with innovative companies to understand their complex hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates for positions ranging from software engineering to specialized R&D roles. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical and engineering roles, including software developers, data scientists, hardware engineers, and project managers.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for demanding roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technical talent acquisition.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and technologies to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Provide insightful market intelligence on technical talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong specialization in technical or engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of various technical domains, programming languages, and engineering disciplines.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging technical positions.
- Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant sourcing tools.
