BIM Modeler (Architecture / Structure / MEP)

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands‑on professional experience in the applying role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written & spoken) for international team collaboration.
• Structural: Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and structural calculations.
• MEP: Strong proficiency in MEP design calculations and single-line diagrams.
• BIM Modelers: Advanced expertise in Revit with strong understanding of BIM workflows and clash detection.
