Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree from a Top 20 public university in Indonesia.
- Major in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in production/process, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes, including process and machine parameters.
- Knowledge of Fiber Optics and glass materials is an advantage.Strong skills in manpower management, problem-solving, and decision‑making.
- Knowledge of PDCA, QC 7 Tools, and Lean Manufacturing.Able to prepare reports and presentations.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Shift Engineer and production manpower.
- Monitor and optimize production processes and operating methods.
- Control and adjust process equipment parameters.
- Handle process abnormalities and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze production data and provide improvement recommendations.
- Conduct training for Shift Engineers, Chief Operators, and Operators based on SOP.
- Develop and maintain Process SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
- Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly production reports.
- Implement 6S and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the Chief Process Engineer and Production Director.
