Remote Construction Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Construction Site Supervisor to oversee project progress and quality from a distance for projects located in and around Bandung . This role leverages technology to monitor construction activities, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and maintain high safety standards, all without requiring constant on-site presence. You will act as the eyes and ears of the project management team, utilizing digital tools to track progress, identify potential issues, and coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, making this a truly remote-first opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize remote monitoring tools, including cameras and drones, to track construction progress and site activities in real-time.
• Review daily site reports, photos, and videos to assess adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and collaborate with on-site foremen and project managers to address any deviations or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols by reviewing site safety documentation and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve issues and facilitate communication between the site and management.
• Maintain comprehensive digital records of site progress, quality checks, and safety compliance for project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and remote monitoring technologies.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and provide clear instructions remotely.
