Tanggung Jawab Utama:
  • Mengawasi jalannya proyek konstruksi dari awal hingga selesai.
  • Membuat jadwal kerja harian, mingguan, dan bulanan untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan, subkontraktor, dan vendor untuk memastikan material serta tenaga kerja tersedia sesuai kebutuhan.
Pengawasan Proyek
  • Memastikan pekerjaan di lapangan sesuai dengan gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, dan standar keselamatan kerja (K3).
  • Mengawasi progres pekerjaan dan melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap kualitas konstruksi.
  • Menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis atau operasional yang muncul di lokasi proyek.
  • Memimpin dan mengarahkan pekerja di lokasi proyek.
  • Memastikan pekerja memahami tugas mereka dan bekerja secara efisien.
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja tambahan jika diperlukan.
Keselamatan dan Kepatuhan
  • Memastikan seluruh aktivitas konstruksi berjalan sesuai dengan standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
  • Mengurus perizinan proyek yang diperlukan.
Pelaporan dan Administrasi
  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait progres proyek.
  • Melaporkan kendala teknis, operasional, atau keterlambatan kepada manajemen.
  • Mengontrol dan mencatat penggunaan material agar sesuai dengan anggaran proyek.
Kualifikasi dan Persyaratan:
  • Minimal lulusan S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur atau bidang terkait.
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Site Manager / Supervisor Konstruksi minimal 3-5 tahun.
  • Memahami gambar teknik, spesifikasi material, dan metode konstruksi.
  • Mampu menggunakan software seperti AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, atau Primavera (nilai tambah).
  • Memahami perhitungan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) dan manajemen material proyek.
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat.
  • Disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
Persyaratan Tambahan:
  • Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan mobile ke lokasi proyek.
  • Memiliki SIM A/C menjadi nilai tambah.
