About The Role

As a Product Manager for Growth Platform at Gojek, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, defining key features, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer engagement through Gamification on the Gojek homepage. Over the first six months, you'll drive impactful product launches, optimize gamified user experiences, and collaborate closely with business, marketing, engineering, and data teams. You'll also work with other product teams within the Growth Platform to overcome complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes that directly influence Gojek's user growth and retention.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Outcomes: Execute product and feature launches with precision, leveraging analytics tools to meet engagement OKRs and drive business impact.
  • Ideate and Validate: Collect requirements, seek feedback, and create specs, wireframes, and prototypes to align on ideas and ensure clarity.
  • Tailor Solutions: Design gamification strategies that are scalable and adaptable to various user needs and business objectives.
  • Provide Clarity: Clearly define requirements, articulate impact, and lead go-to-market strategies to ensure smooth feature adoption.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Use data to analyze feature performance, refine solutions, and address user pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align on goals and priorities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Strategize Features: Define, prioritize, and plan gamification features, achieving stakeholder alignment to maximize user engagement and business outcomes.
  • Drive Adoption: Partner with marketing and operations teams to promote feature rollouts and ensure their success through measurable user impact.

What You Will Need

  • At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, ride-hailing, or gamification-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with growth and engagement tools (e.g., gamification platforms, growth hacking frameworks) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Proven experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for goal setting and performance tracking.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights, define success metrics, and run experiments (A/B testing preferred).
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments and with distributed teams.
