Summary

The Operations Internship Program is designed to provide students with hands‑on experience in hotel operations, allowing them to develop practical skills, operational knowledge, and professional competencies required for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

Throughout the six‑month period, interns will gain exposure to guest service excellence, daily operational procedures, brand standards, and cross‑functional collaboration within various operational departments.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • - Education: active University student in hospitality/related field
  • - Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage
  • - Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
  • - Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness
  • - Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trend
