In House Psychologist or Psychiatrist

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to diagnose and understand personal mental health concerns.
Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to address stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
Offer immediate support and intervention during crises or emergencies affecting mental health.
Develop and implement workshops, programs, and activities to promote mental well-being and resilience.
Work with management to provide insights on improving workplace culture and reducing mental health stressors.
Maintain confidential and accurate records of sessions, assessments, and recommendations.
Conduct training on topics about stress management and recognizing mental health concerns.
Stay updated on the latest mental health practices and integrate them into the workplace strategies.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Organizational).
Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist, registered with a relevant governing body.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in counselling, therapy, or clinical settings.
Experience in corporate or organizational environments is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Expertise in psychological assessments and diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of workplace mental health trends and stress management techniques.
Proficiency in English.
