Own the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website, ensuring products, pricing, promotions, banners, and content are accurate and up to date.
Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns across digital touchpoints, working closely with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams.
Manage SKU allocation, product listings, promotional mechanics, and campaign setups across sales channels.
Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities to improve customer journey and conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on co-branding initiatives, promotional programs, and campaign execution.
Manage customer-facing messaging and touchpoints to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
Conduct regular testing and checks to ensure all website updates, promotions, and customer journeys run smoothly.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 4years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, digital commerce, or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, as well as SAP, POS systems, and digital analytics/marketing tools.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, campaign execution, and online customer journeys.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
Highly detail-oriented and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership in managing website content, promotions, and campaign execution.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
