Our Balikpapan campus serves approximately 250 students across Primary and Secondary levels, fostering a dynamic and supportive educational environment. We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead the campus and drive academic excellence, student development, and school growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the Primary and Secondary divisions.
• Ensure high standards of academic excellence in line with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Oversee the rigorous Chinese Language program, ensuring integration with the school's international curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, prioritizing student success and well-being.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty and staff, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and implement policies that enhance teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Strengthen parent and community engagement to build strong relationships and partnerships.
• Maintain effective school operations, including budgeting, staff management, and policy enforcement.
• Represent the school professionally in educational networks and accreditation processes.

• A Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in an international school setting.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Proven track record in school leadership, staff management, and academic excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire staff and students.
• Experience in bilingual or multilingual education is an advantage.
