Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate a remote team of warehouse associates to achieve performance targets.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Oversee inventory control, conducting regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role in logistics.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
