• Lead the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements, ensuring adherence to Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and security of financial data.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying them as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) highly desirable.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK and IFRS is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at remote collaboration.
