DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor and ensure optimal network performance. Analyze, maintain, and improve network infrastructure. Implement preventive and corrective measures to maintain network security. Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi) and related hardware problems. Respond to user complaints and provide effective solutions. Maintain and update network documentation.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields. Mininum 2 years of experience in IT Network. Proficient in Mikrotik and knowledgeable in LAN, WAN, and VPN networking. Strong understanding of network and hardware troubleshooting. Good analytical, communication, and problem solving skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn and grow. Own a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C). Experience with AWS Cloud or Google Cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
