This is an accounting position responsible for recording and processing daily financial transactions accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards, preparing and verifying accounting documents, and supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Key responsibilities

  • Record and process daily financial transactions accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Prepare and verify accounting documents such as transaction evidence, bank reports, and account reconciliation
  • Perform bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and general ledger account reconciliation periodically to ensure data consistency
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and notes to financial statements
  • Check and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents before payment
  • Manage adjustment journals and post transactions to the accounting system with high precision
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and explanations
  • Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial records for corrective action

About you

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and applicable accounting principles in Indonesia
  • Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB, Accurate, SAP, or other modern accounting systems
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial report preparation
  • Knowledge of Indonesian taxation and tax reporting obligations
  • Strong analytical ability to identify trends and anomalies in financial data
  • High attention to detail with ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Good communication skills in conveying financial information to stakeholders
  • High integrity and professional ethics in handling sensitive financial information
