Responsible for ensuring application quality before release to production, from test scenario preparation through defect reporting and verification of fixes.
Key responsibilities
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on requirement documents (BRD/FSD/user story)
Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing on applications
Record, report, and track defects through bug tracking tools (Jira/Redmine or similar)
Perform retest and verification of fixes made by the development team
Support UAT process with user and business teams
Prepare testing result reports and application quality status reports regularly
Coordinate with development team, BA, and project manager during development cycle
About you
Minimum D3/S1 education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years experience as QA/QC Engineer, Software Tester, or similar position
Understanding of basic software testing concepts (STLC, testing types, severity and priority defects)
Able to prepare test cases and conduct testing documentation neatly
Familiar with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
Understanding of basic SQL for data validation
Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines
Communicative and able to work in cross-divisional teams
Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Selatan
Willing to work under 3-month contract scheme
Willing to work in banking industry
