Intermediate CNC Worker

CNC Machine Operation: Operate various CNC machines, including CNC Lathe, CNC Milling, and other specialized CNC machining equipment.

Programming & Setup: Perform basic CNC programming and machine setup; configure workpieces, cutting tools, and machine operating parameters in accordance with production requirements.

Control Systems Mastery: Operate CNC equipment using various control systems efficiently and reliably.

Process Efficiency & Quality Standards: Ensure all machining processes run smoothly and efficiently while strictly meeting production quality and dimensional tolerance standards.

Routine Checks & Safety Maintenance: Conduct routine machine inspections, daily preventive maintenance, and uphold safe working practices on the shop floor.

Requirements

Role: Intermediate CNC Worker

Location & Headcount: Subang (2 Positions)

Education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Senior High School (SMA) or above, majoring in Engineering (Mechanical / Machining Engineering preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe, milling, or machining operations.

Technical Competencies: Ability to read technical drawings, set up tooling and workpieces, perform basic G-code/M-code adjustments, and use precision measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper).
