Production Supervisor

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for assist the section Manager especially in the schedule that has been prepared according to applicable procedures and in accordance with the CPOB to attain good quality of products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize production tasks to run effectively in accordance to CPOB.
• Evaluate machine capacity based on the monthly work plan for the basis of calculating the number of shifts and overtime
• Monitoring the man hour of both existing and new products.
• Monitoring and make product trial & machine trial reports.
• Along with the section manager solving the production problem that occurs during the production process.
• continuous improvement for production facility, etc
• Make machine breakdown, OEE, and waste monitoring report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy/ Apothecary
• Min 5 years experience at pharmaceuticals/ FMCG company with 3 year experience at supervisory position.
• computer literate (Ms. excel)
• Familiar with CPOB, GMP, ISO, and HACCP
• Good Analytical skill
• strong leadership and team player
• Good interpersonal skill
• Willing to work in Indonesia (South Cikarang) or Nigeria
