Lyvin Melasti Villas & Suites is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. This role ensures villas, rooms, and public areas are consistently prepared to company quality standards while guiding and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
- Allocate room assignments and daily tasks based based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures.
- Inspect rooms, villas, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room status, maintenance issues, and special guest requests.
- Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment, including stock control and requisitions.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain performance and service consistency.
- Handle guest complaints and lost and found items professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
- Prepare shift reports, schedules, and housekeeping performance records.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Attendant in a hotel, resort, or villa property.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, inspection standards, and cleaning techniques.
- Leadership, team management, and training skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
