Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve ML models/infrastructure and software that uses these models.
- Analyze machine learning algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and rank them based on their cost & benefit.
- Develop and maintain existing application (chatbot) using generative AI (LLM).
- Communicate technical concerns to other parties, such as teammates, project managers, teams from other divisions, and clients.
- 1-2 years of proven relevant work experience in Data Science.
- Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing, or Deep Learning.
- Able to solve complex business problems and apply machine learning to optimize critical business metrics.
- Solid knowledge in root-cause analysis, statistical, time-series, or predictive modeling skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in using various database platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive, BigQuery, etc.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLM, and how to implement it.
- Understanding of REST API best practices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- High sense of ownership of the task or project being worked on.
- Experience in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
