Sebagai Corporate Communication Staff, Anda akan bertugas untuk menjalankan dan membangun strategi dari segala bentuk dan jenis komunikasi perusahaan, baik yang terjalin dengan pihak eksternal maupun pihak internal. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh Corporate Communication Staff diantaranya terlibat secara langsung dan berkoordinasi dengan masing-masing bakti, menyusun event yang terkait dengan Corporate Social Responsibility, maupun publikasi mengenai aktivitas-aktivitas perusahaan melalui media. Corporate Communication Staff juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim internal, seperti Creative, Social Media Staff, Media Relation dan Event Management, maupun dengan pihak eksternal yang ahli di bidangnya.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Menjadi mitra komunikasi perusahaan baik kepada pihak eksternal maupun pihak internal.
  2. Bertanggung jawab mendukung strategi, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan komunikasi internal maupun eksternal.
  3. Melakukan koordinasi dengan berbagai departemen untuk memberikan komunikasi yang efektif yang mendukung tujuan perusahaan.
  4. Menyusun materi komunikasi agar efektif dan sesuai dengan budaya perusahaan.
  5. Berkolaborasi dengan tim Creative, Social Media Staff, Media Relation dan Event Management.

Kualifikasi :

Posisi ini terbuka untuk semua, baik fresh graduates ataupun profesional yang mempunyai passion di bidang komunikasi. Tidak membutuhkan latar pendidikan tertentu, tetapi tentu saja akan lebih relevan jika Anda lulusan dari jurusan Komunikasi atau Public Relations dengan hasil pendidikan di kategori minimal sangat memuaskan. Mempunyai kemampuan analisa dan komunikasi yang baik, kreatif, dan akan menjadi nilai tambah apabila memiliki pengalaman sebelumnya di bidang industri komunikasi.
