Job Description

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications.

Manage and prioritize the development pipeline, ensuring progress aligns with project goals and deadlines.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies, including facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or other DevOps tools.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Identify and address technical challenges, resolve incidents, and ensure system availability within SLA agreements.

Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment while motivating and inspiring team members.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Handle technical aspects of financial transactions involving external parties, when applicable.
