We're looking for a modern, detail-obsessed designer to shape the look and feel of White Code Labs across our brand, website, and product on web and mobile. You'll turn ideas like AI agents, automation, and data flow into visuals and interfaces people understand instantly, working directly with the founders and engineers.

Key responsibilities

Own and evolve our brand system: color, typography, illustration, iconography, and motion

Create isometric and 3D-style illustrations with soft lighting, depth, and a consistent visual language

Craft soft, refined gradients and light effects (glows, gentle shadows, translucency) that feel calm and premium

Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for our web and mobile products

Design our marketing website, landing pages, and product pages

Turn complex AI and automation concepts into clear visuals and simple product explanations

Build pitch decks, sales materials, and social graphics

Maintain a scalable design system and component library, including illustration components

Work with founders and developers to turn rough ideas into pixel-accurate, production-ready designs

Use AI design tools to move faster without sacrificing quality

About you

3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience across web and mobile

A strong portfolio of modern, clean work, ideally for SaaS, AI, or high-end tech products

A strong sense of color, shown through smooth, subtle gradients and soft lighting

Expert Figma skills, including components, auto layout, and design systems

Strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

Experience with illustration, 3D, or isometric design (Blender, Spline, Illustrator, or similar)

Ability to design responsive, accessible interfaces

Excellent communication and the ability to work independently

Motion and micro-interaction experience (After Effects, Lottie, Rive) - nice to have

Experience with AI image and design tools - nice to have

Real ownership of the brand and freedom to shape it

A small, fast-moving team with direct access to decision-makers
