Oversee daily factory production operations of a factory for approximately 100 employees, including production planning, process optimization, quality control, and on-site management. The role will also manage end-to-end HR functions, warehouse and shipping operations, and coordinate production and administrative matters to ensure smooth and stable factory operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily production operations of approximately 100 employees, including production planning, process optimization, quality control, and on-site management
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and labor compliance
- Develop and improve production and HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Oversee warehouse management and shipping operations, with the ability to use factory production management systems and ERP warehouse systems
- Coordinate production, HR, and administrative matters to ensure efficient daily operations
- Handle employee concerns and unexpected issues and maintain stable factory operations
About you
- Native Indonesian speaker with fluent Mandarin (HSK 5 or above, or fluent spoken Mandarin that can be used as a working language)
- More than 5 years of experience in factory production management, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Familiar with end-to-end HR management, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and labor compliance
- Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS procedures, and related matters
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in production and HR management within large garment, home textile, or fabric factories will be preferred
