Head of Central Kitchen
Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing quick commerce company for a senior leadership role.
Job Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen/food processing facility, ensuring efficient production workflows and processes.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics to maintain high production standards.
- Compliance and Quality: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control measures.
- Staff Management: Ensure staff adherence to safety and operational protocols, and lead the execution team in executing day-to-day operations with proper control & productivity measures in place.
- Financial Performance: Ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high production standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with external parties (suppliers and vendors) and internal teams to align operations with company goals, and maintain strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Tech/Manufacturing
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in food production, central kitchen, or a similar environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards, strong business acumen, and a sense of business P&L.
- Leadership and Communication: Able to lead a team, strategize to scale towards profitability/scalability in an efficient manner, and drive process improvements.
