Job Description Job Title: Reservation Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients, preparing tailored proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal departments and business partners to meet clients' requirements efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries regarding reservations and respond within 24 hours
  • Prepare proposals, itineraries, and quotations, or make recommendations for alternative hotels or products for special deals or unavailability
  • Coordinate with business partners, such as hotels, airlines, and suppliers, to make reservations according to clients' requirements
  • Check and update for any cancellations or amendments to bookings and ensure accurate data entry on the reservation system
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle and follow up on pre-payment or deposit for bookings without credit arrangement with the Company
Requirements:
  • Diploma degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in tour planning, tour reservation, and quotation
  • Strong understanding of tour packages and ability to explain them to clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong administration and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
