As a General Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning oflogistics operations.

Your role will involve handling back-office administrative duties, coordinating office activities, and supporting various departments within the organization. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for general affairs-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory Coordinate office maintenance and repairs Assist in organizing company events and meetings Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in general affairs or related administrative roles Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of back-office administrative procedures and office management practices
