Job Description

Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.Create and implement production schedules to meet business targets and customer demands.Continuously monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Work closely with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.Lead the engineering team to ensure all machinery, equipment, and production systems are designed and maintained for optimal performance.Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects to improve production capabilities and infrastructure.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery life.Identify opportunities for technological advancements and upgrades to improve production efficiency and product qualityMaintain accurate technical documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance records, and engineering reports.Oversee the HSE division to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.Create and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Perform regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Implement and monitor environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulations and support sustainability goals. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.5-7 years of experience in production operations, engineering management, and HSE, ideally in the personal care industry.Strong knowledge of production management, engineering principles, and HSE regulations.Proficient in production management software and IT tools, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.Demonstrated leadership with the ability to supervise, mentor, and develop diverse teams.trong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards with experience in developing and enforcing safety policies.Ethical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business objectives.English speaker is a must What's on Offer Competitive Compensation PackageProfessional Growth and DevelopmentCommitment to Sustainability and Safety
