A multinational hospital group with more than 5 hospitals in Indonesia. The Assistant Medical Services Manager will report directly to the hospital unit's Medical Services Division Head.
Job Description
- Staffing and Scheduling: Recruit, schedule, and manage medical officers for various departments including the emergency room, intensive care units, wards, and family health centers.
- Patient Care: Directly provide medical care to patients, including consultations, examinations, treatments, and follow-ups. Collaborate with specialists and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of medical services, ensuring adherence to medical standards and hospital policies.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions (e.g., BLS), evaluate staff competency, and contribute to the development of medical protocols and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, evaluate medical services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Medical Professional Degree (General Practitioner).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in management.
- Skills: Proven ability in medical service management to deliver excellent patient care. Strong leadership and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Location: Based in Jakarta.
