About the RoleAs a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for finding new leads for our products and solutions, updating our CRM database, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Update CRM database and support execution of TM campaigns or other marketing campaigns
- Qualify database via phone and email
- Find leads through phone communication and create leads in CRM
- Assign leads to the correct sales team
- Support and execute planned TM campaigns or event campaigns
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good integrity, honesty, and high sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm for developing personal skills and knowledge
- Quick learner and love learning new things
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not compulsory
- Basic computer skills in MS, especially Excel
- Good development program
- International environment
