Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations including sales, marketing, supply chain, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Supervise and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and manage the branch budget.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of managing a branch or team successfully.
• Experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Willing to relocated across Indonesia.
