Oversee tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.Develop and monitor tax strategies, providing guidance to optimise tax positions and minimise liabilities.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities and auditors, to address tax-related issues and ensure smooth operations.Conduct detailed tax analyses and reviews, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and automation technologies, adapting strategies and systems to maintain compliance and leverage new advancements.Ensure tax compliance and reporting in line with local and international regulations.Lead the implementation and management of tax automation systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Develop and execute tax strategies to optimise tax positions and reduce liabilities.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities and auditors, to address tax issues and ensure smooth operations.Conduct detailed analyses and reviews of tax processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certification preferred (Tax Brevet A, B, and C)Proven experience in tax management, with a strong understanding of tax regulations and automation technologies.Expertise in implementing and managing tax automation systems.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with a track record of optimising tax processes.Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.Ability to stay current with changes in tax laws and technology trends.
