Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth for our Cardiovascular Product.Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies based on deep understanding of patient needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and compliance requirements.Drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and professional education, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise return on investment (ROI).Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, representing the Cardiovascular Product internally and externally through presentations, publications, and participation in industry events.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on oncology products and a proven track record of success in brand management.Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including treatment paradigms, key opinion leaders, and emerging trends.Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Highly organised with strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
