Join our team at Courtyard as a Food and Beverage Manager and take on the challenge of leading our culinary operations to new heights. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, from menu development to staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and Maintaining Budgets: Develop and manage financial plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments, maintain a positive cost management index, and utilize budgets to understand financial objectives.
  • Leading Food and Beverage Team: Manage the Food and Beverage departments, supervise and manage employees, and create a positive work environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, and teamwork.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond quickly to guest concerns, and drive alignment of all employees to the brand's service culture.
  • Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities: Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, conduct performance reviews, and promote both Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
