About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading hospitality company, serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. As a Day Club FB Service Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing guest queries with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to licensing and liquor regulations
  • Ensuring knowledge of menu offerings and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality
  • Practicing Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications

Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, cash handling, and knowledge of food hygiene regulations are highly desirable.
