- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report the sales data align to the business indicator on the regular basis.
- Provide customized reporting/slides and recommendation in support ongoing business decisions or initiatives
- Provide ad hoc performance analysis to support specific needs of management
- Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget/forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
- Liaise and identify the yearly budget requires from all Head of Sales and Managers in Sales Department
- Liaise, identify and compile the yearly budget requires from Director In Branch Channel
- Coordinate to Finance team in monitoring the budget expense for Sales department
- Provide monitoring report regularly to the Director Sales in Branch to manage the expense as budgeted
- Bachelor degree (S1), Business Management or any relevant education background
- Min. 3 years working experience in Sales Support or Business analyst
- Strong technical competency in sales management and execution
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Sound knowledge of the life insurance business, products and processes
