Our client is a stable and independent manufacturing company leading in their field. They are looking for HR Manager to represent the upper management team to oversee operations in the plant.

Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overviewing and handling end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operationalCreating programs, SOP, and analyzing organizational effectiveness to enhance productionBecoming a strategic business partner to owners and board of directors, including proposing improvement and development of the organizationOverviewing and ensuring highest accuracy regarding HR operational functions, including employee database, HRIS upgrade, and recruitmentMaintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders, both at the head office and on site, including external stakeholders such as surrounding communities and government officials The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must possess:

A minimum of 8 years of working experience and proven HR manager, preferably from manufacturing companiesFluent in English, both written and conversational - peers will include expatriatesBachelor's degree from a reputable universityProven business partnering & leadership experiencesDeep understanding on labor laws and end-to-end human resources functionProven track record of strategy creation and implementationGood communication and negotiation skillsWilling to move & relocate to Palembang
