Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and management of major contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives to promote hospital services and solutions.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with the hospital's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the executive team.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust strategies as needed to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry innovations and incorporate relevant advancements into sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Willing to be located in Bali, Indonesia
- 10 - 15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Experience in international markets is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills may be beneficial depending on the regions served.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
