Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of major contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives to promote hospital services and solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with the hospital's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the executive team.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust strategies as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry innovations and incorporate relevant advancements into sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Willing to be located in Bali, Indonesia
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
  • Experience in international markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Fluent in English. Additional language skills may be beneficial depending on the regions served.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
