The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plusProven experience in FP&A, with at least 4 years in the FMCG industryAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is advantageousStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in both team management and individual contributor roles
