Our Ice Cream team is embarking on an exciting journey as it Assistant HR PMO Manager

What can you expect from the role?

• As an Asst. Manager for the Project will be responsible for the proper Project Management of our transformation project start from Labor timeline management, budget/cost labor management, Human Development project documentation management and stakeholder management to ensure Transformation project can landing OTIF as per Business Case.

Does this sound like you?

• General knowledge of Human Resources Management, Training & Skill Development, Transformation Knowledge, Labor law & Compliance

• Proficient in Windows, PMS and MS Office applications especially Power BI & Microsoft Project, Builds app if possible

• Excellent command of English language (oral and written).

• Strong knowledge of Project Management

• Able to train, coach and develop team members.

• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

• BS degree in Engineering Management or related field
