Work you’ll do

At Deloitte Turnaround & Restructuring, we work with organisations in Southeast Asia and globally who are seeking to turnaround, restructure, transform and grow their business. We analyse quantitative data and assess qualitative factors relevant to the client’s situation. We help businesses, financiers and governments to improve value outcomes across the spectrum ranging from companies seeking to turnaround short-term under-performance to those experiencing financial stress.

We regularly undertake projects which involve:

• Independent Business Reviews
• Financial Restructuring
• Operational Turnaround
• Revenue and Margin Enhancement
• Cost Optimisation and EBITDA improvement
• Special Situations M&A
• Chief Restructuring Officer Services
• Formal Insolvency Services

Requirements

• Successful applicants will have experience in turnaround and restructuring, delivering solutions for underperforming and / or stressed businesses
• Evidence of a strong brand in the marketplace 
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical field and ideally a post-graduate qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA or MBA.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Willing to travel to other local and international locations on assignments
• Min 12 years’ experience working in an accounting or consulting firm or financial institution
